Acceptance of PVC off-center mother solution wastewater pretreatment
After one month of installation, commissioning and operation, Tuofeng's Engineers finished subsequent treatablility tests of PVC off-center mother solution wastewater pretreatment for HeBei Jinniu Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd .
 
Collaborated with engineers from Jinniu Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd and PVC manufacture, Tuofeng tested effect of Eectromagnetic-field oxidation system on PVC mother solution treatment. Tuofeng analyzed feasibility of electromagnetic-field oxidation system, process characteristic, process flow, main parameters, stability, potential problems and cost.
Treatablility tests concluded that hydrogen peroxide-electromagnetic-field oxidation system can remove PVA from PVC mother solution, which was more resistant in traditional precipitation-coagulation and filtration. The output water COD can be decreased below 50mg/L while conductivity and iron concentration is less than 1000μs/cm and 0.5mg/L respectively. The treated output water can meet the supply water quality requirement for circulating cooling system.  

This treatment system features simple structure, easy to operation and maintenance, low space requirement, low capital and operating cost, high treatment effectiveness and can produce relatively high quality output water which is hardly approached by a variety of existing technologies. The success of this treatablility tests is a milestone which indicated that Tuofeng's PVC off-center mother solution wastewater pretreatment won a leading role in Chinese wastewater treatment market.
